Overview

We are seeking a skilled Financial Controller to join our team. The ideal candidate will oversee all financial aspects of our company and play a key role in shaping its financial strategy.

Responsibilities

- Manage all accounting operations including accounts payable, general ledger reconciliation, and accounts receivable

- Develop and maintain financial policies and procedures

- Conduct financial analysis to guide decision-making

- Prepare financial statements and reports for internal and external stakeholders

- Ensure compliance with regulatory reporting requirements

- Collaborate with the executive team to develop long-term financial plans

- Monitor cash flow, budgets, and financial forecasts

Qualifications

- Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance; CPA preferred

- Proven experience in financial management, public accounting, or related field

- Strong technical accounting skills with knowledge of GAAP

- Ability to analyze complex financial data and provide insights

- Excellent written and verbal communication skills for financial report writing

- Demonstrated expertise in regulatory reporting and compliance

Pay: $80,000.00 - $100,000.00 per year
