Job Description:
This is a business project manager NOT an IT Project Manager but will need to work with the IT Project Manager. A Project Manager leads projects from initiation to implementation within agreed constraints of time, budget and quality. The role will need to be able to be a self-starter, ability to work independent and across various parts of the company (IT, Business, Compliance). Experience in working in faced paced, global company against aggressive timelines. A project manager that will plans, organize and oversee our project from start to finish including create timelines, managing budget, creating communication pathways and regularly scheduled project updates.. They will be able to communicate with the project team and adhere to the project team's communication pathways. They will also be able to evaluate the projects success and identify areas of improvement. Role will also be responsible for creating and distributing meeting minutes and updates to project team.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's Degree
- Experience working in a face paced global company
- Minimum 5 years of experience
- 2 to 3 years of Project Management Experience
- Experience with System Requirements and Design
- Experience with SAP Concur, Viva, etc...
- Smartsheets experience is required.
- Come up with budget plan, work with team members to ensure everyone is on task.
- Create agendas, a leader in project management, ability to coordinate with other teams, understand the importance of a project plan, and understand the importance status updates, and timely delivery.
- Data Analysis experience
- Mix of Business and IT experience
- Must have a sense of urgency, be self-driven, able to work independently.
- Certified PM.
- 7 Years of experience doing project management.
- Proven experience leading global projects, multiyear projects and above 4M USD budget.
- Master of project management methodologies and organization (can build a project governance and framework from scratch)
- Feels comfortable navigating uncertainty.
- Outspoken, analytical, strategic, self-starter.
- Strong communications skills.
- Ability to traduce complex statements and requirements into specific set of actions.
- Strong negotiation and influencing skills.
- This role will have strong interactions with Stakeholders, Sponsors, and process owners both at the executive and director level.
- Nice to have pharmaceutical background, macro process and systems integration experience.
