Job Overview:
We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Telemarketer to join our sales team. As a Telemarketer, you will be responsible for making outbound calls to potential customers, promoting our products or services, and generating leads. Responsibilities:
- Conduct outbound calls to potential customers from provided leads
- Introduce and promote our products or services to potential customers
- Identify customer needs and provide relevant information about our offerings
- Schedule appointments or demonstrations for the sales team
- Follow up with potential customers to nurture leads and close sales
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions in Salesforce or other CRM software
- Meet or exceed monthly sales targets

Requirements:
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
- Previous experience in telemarketing, sales, or customer service is preferred
- Familiarity with Salesforce or other CRM software is a plus
- Ability to effectively communicate technical sales information to non-technical customers
- Strong phone presence and persuasive skills
- Proficiency in Spanish is a plus
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Strong problem-solving and negotiation skills
- High school diploma or equivalent
