JOB OVERVIEW:
Supervise the daily operations of a Pixar-themed miniature golf course this summer at The Wharf in Washington, DC.

DUTIES:
- Cultivate a positive and respectful environment for staff and guests.
- Train, supervise, and mentor Course Managers and Course Associates.
- Create and manage weekly staffing schedule.
- Ensure guest receive exceptional customer service.
- Perform weekly inventory of merchandise.
- Provide basic maintenance to physical sets.
- Manage ticketing and general questions, via email.
QUALIFICATIONS:
-Excellent leadership skills with the ability to inspire and motivate teams.
- Problem Solver who is committed to high quality customer service.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
- Excellent time management skills.
- Comfortable making basic repairs.
- Must be able to pass a background check.
-Applicants with theatrical Stage Management training a plus.
- Knowledge of Disney & Pixar a plus.
