As a Sales Representative, you will play a crucial role in driving our company’s growth by both managing existing accounts and aggressively pursuing new business opportunities. You will be expected to visit potential clients in person, leveraging your interpersonal skills to establish and maintain strong business relationships.

• Account Management: Maintain and deepen relationships with existing clients, ensuring their needs are met and identifying opportunities for upselling or cross-selling services.
• Business Development: Actively seek out new business opportunities by visiting potential clients in various locations. Develop tailored sales strategies to convert leads into long-term clients.
• Team Leadership: Oversee a team of service professionals, coordinating project execution, and ensuring high-quality service delivery. Facilitate communication between the service team and clients.
• Billing and Administration: Manage the billing process for completed jobs, ensuring accuracy and timely invoicing. Address any billing inquiries or issues promptly.
• Sales Reporting: Track sales performance and provide regular reports to management, highlighting achievements and identifying areas for improvement.
• Market Analysis: Stay informed about industry trends and competitive landscape to inform sales strategies and company direction.

Pay: $20.00 - $26.00 per hour
