Position Overview:

We are seeking a proactive and outgoing Sales Associate to join our team at KindBox. This role is perfect for someone who enjoys engaging with people, thrives in a fast-paced environment, and is passionate about making a difference. The primary responsibility of this position is to actively promote and sell KindBox to prospective customers through a variety of channels, including cold calls, emails and participating at local events and businesses.

Responsibilities:

• Event Sales: Attend local events such as farmers' markets, festivals, and community gatherings to promote and sell KindBox boxes.
• Business Partnerships: Establish relationships with local businesses, cafes, and stores to sell KindBox boxes through retail partnerships or employee benefit programs.
• Product Promotion: Set up attractive displays and engage with event attendees or business customers to showcase the benefits of KindBox and drive sales.
• Customer Engagement: Provide exceptional customer service by answering questions, addressing concerns, and ensuring a positive experience for customers.
• Sales Targets: Meet or exceed sales targets and objectives set by management.
• Feedback Collection: Gather feedback from customers and event attendees to inform product improvements and marketing strategies.
• Brand Ambassadorship: Serve as a brand ambassador for KindBox, embodying our values and mission in all interactions.
• Event Coordination: Assist in coordinating logistics for events, including setup, teardown, and inventory management.
• Reporting: Track sales activities, customer interactions, and event performance, providing regular reports to management.
• Team Collaboration: Work closely with the marketing and operations teams to align sales efforts with overall company objectives.

Requirements:

• Previous experience in sales, customer service, or promotional roles preferred.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Outgoing personality with a passion for engaging with people.
• Ability to work independently and take initiative.
• Comfortable working in a dynamic and fast-paced environment.
• Reliable transportation to attend local events and visit businesses.
• High school diploma or equivalent required; additional education or training in sales or marketing is a plus.

Job Type: Contract

Pay: $18.00 - $20.00 per hour

Expected hours: 15 – 30 per week
