Juniper is Hiring a Facilities Associate Near Southington, CT
Our facilities associate will perform general maintenance and janitorial duties on all levels and spaces, interior and exterior of our factory and warehouse with a focus on keeping our building functionally and aesthetically inviting and safe. Having strong handyman capabilities and experience using power tools is preferred. Our facilities associate will be required to errands and transportation of materials to and from vendors as well as maintaining organization and retrieval of materials between factory and warehouse using a forklift is required. The person in this position will be cross-trained to work in various areas of our production floor to help with tasks such as machining and cutting packaging material and other tasks as requested.

Minimum Requirements:
- At least 2-3 years of experience working in a janitorial position.
- Good mechanical aptitude.
- Proficient with power tools.
- Diligence, attention to detail.
- Excellent manual dexterity and hand-eye coordination.
- Excellent reading comprehension and capacity to follow written directions.
- Excellent problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work independently with limited supervision.
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
