Senior Major Account Manager - Verizon Data Services (IT)

Juniper is looking for an experienced Senior Major Account Manager to assist in business development and strategic solution selling to Verizon with focused efforts selling to Verizon Data Services (IT) organization . The candidate should have experience in selling IT Campus & Branch, Data Center/Retail solutions including but not limited to the following areas: routing, switching, Wi-Fi, security, virtualization, and data center use cases. The emphasis will be on expanding Juniper's footprint within Verizon Data Services by driving strategic projects, thought leadership and technology differentiation to break into new strategic projects. New Jersey, Washington, DC area preferred location but negotiable. This is a remote position.

Candidate will ideally have the majority of following attributes:

• Minimum of 7 years' experience selling into Verizon with a winning track record of opportunities and revenue growth
• Bachelor's degree and/or Military Experience
• Experience developing sales strategies and preparing proposals that are focused on solving our customer's business problems
• Experience in selling Campus & Branch/Data Center/Security/Wi-Fi/Retail solutions
• Broad-based technological awareness in the internetworking industry, complemented by knowledge of data networking concepts
• Must have industry knowledge of Cisco, Arista, HPE, Palo Alto and Juniper portfolios
• Excellent communication skills, both written and oral
• Closer with the ability to demonstrate the necessary skills to negotiate issues with peers, partners and customers using a Win/Win philosophy
• Creative innovator who is a proactive team player, with a proven track record working in matrixed environments
• Strong business acumen
• Excellent relationship building and consultative skills
• Ability to Travel up to 50%
• Location- New Jersey or Washington, DC area preferred

Minimum Salary: $211,200.00

Maximum Salary:$303,600.00

The pay range for this position is expected to be between $211,200.00 and $303,600.00/year; however, the base pay offered may vary depending on multiple individualized factors, including market location, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. The total compensation package for this position also includes medical benefits, 401(k) eligibility, vacation, sick time, and parental leave. Additional details of participation in these benefit plans will be provided if an employee receives an offer of employment.

If hired, employee will be in an "at-will position" and the Company reserves the right to modify base salary (as well as any other payment or compensation program) at any time, including for reasons related to individual performance, Company or individual department/team performance, and market factors.

Juniper's pay range data is provided in accordance with local state pay transparency regulations. Juniper may post different minimum wage ranges for permanent residency petitions pursuant to US Department of Labor requirements.
