Juniper Networks is Hiring a Project Manager 2 Near Nashville, TN

Our mission in the Strategic Programs team is to drive the digital transformation of Juniper's Global Sales Engineering organization. Our team is responsible for defining, designing, and implementing new programs that increase efficiency, effectiveness, and productivity for our organization.

Your Role

You will be translating strategy to technology solutions and new programs for our technical sellers. Our programs support business processes and tools for Juniper's community of Sales Engineers, including sales activities, reporting and data analytics for business insights, knowledge management, and technical demonstration acceleration. We are a global team with different areas of expertise for joint efforts to manage projects from concept to delivery. You will enable change management activities through communication to support leadership in the strategic direction of the business.

What we will challenge you to achieve
  • Collaborate across the organization to analyze and define requirements to develop new programs and update services. 
  • Use Agile methodologies to lead all aspects of assigned projects, including ideating, planning, and working collaboratively to deliver.
  • Develop and drive strategies for communications and user adoption for key programs.
  • Communicate directly and effectively with internal customers at all levels and externally with suppliers and partners, tailoring messages and delivery style as needed.
  • Create and present reports to kick off programs, rally a team around a shared mission, and track status and outcomes.
  • Adapt to a highly dynamic environment that is undergoing significant transformational change, with ongoing opportunities for new assignments and challenges.
What you need to have
  • New or Recent graduate level Bachelor’s degree or equivalent, <1 year of background in project coordination
  • Strong analytical and reporting capabilities, problem-solving, task and project coordination and organization skills.
  • Excellent interpersonal and verbal communication skills with the ability to quickly build credibility, influence and make recommendations to all levels.
  • Able to prioritize work, handle several projects concurrently, manage time effectively, and follow through on commitments, deliver results in a fast-paced environment.
  • Solid agile delivery, project management, and relationship management skills
  • Experience creating and executing on project plans, generating project OKRs and data metrics.

Minimum Salary: $49,500.00

Maximum Salary:$75,900.00

The pay range for this position is expected to be between $49,500.00 and $75,900.00/year; however, the base pay offered may vary depending on multiple individualized factors, including market location, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. The total compensation package for this position also includes medical benefits, 401(k) eligibility, vacation, sick time, and parental leave. Additional details of participation in these benefit plans will be provided if an employee receives an offer of employment.

If hired, employee will be in an “at-will position” and the Company reserves the right to modify base salary (as well as any other payment or compensation program) at any time, including for reasons related to individual performance, Company or individual department/team performance, and market factors.

Juniper’s pay range data is provided in accordance with local state pay transparency regulations. Juniper may post different minimum wage ranges for permanent residency petitions pursuant to US Department of Labor requirements.
