Juniper is Growing! We are seeking a Procurement Coordinator to join our corporate Procurement team. The overall responsibility of this position is to provide organization and administrative support to the Procurement Department.

Responsibilities:
- Review completed purchase orders and reconcile matching invoices within our software system
- Process daily timekeeping for the purchasing department drivers into Aspire
- Report inaccuracies with invoices to the purchase order originator
- Prove end-of-day purchase order report to branch admins and purchasing department
- Assist with shipping manifest and schedule board, creating daily dispatches for drivers
- Reconcile credit card receipts within Abacus for Director of Purchasing
- Provide backup support to the Purchasing Managers as needed
- Conduct travel arrangements for the Purchasing Department
- Responsible for the new vendor process and confirming accuracy of vendor information
- Additional job-related projects as assigned
Requirements:
- High School or equivalent education
- Purchasing, accounts payable and/or contracts administration experience is a plus
- Strong communication and organizational skills
- Ability to work and perform well in a fast-paced environment
- Task oriented and a team player
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
