**Overview:**
We are seeking a Front Desk Receptionist to join our Juniper Allergy Team. The ideal candidate should have strong customer service skills and be proficient in English. Being multilingual, especially in Spanish, is a plus.
**Responsibilities:**
- Greet and welcome with a smile patients as soon as they arrive at the office
- Answer, screen, and forward incoming phone calls
-Make appointments, Check-in, Check-out
-Collect patient balance/Copays
- Ensure reception area is tidy and presentable
- Provide basic and accurate information in-person and via phone/email
- Perform other clerical receptionist duties such as filing, scanning, and faxing
**Skills:**

- Multilingual abilities (especially Spanish)

- Basic math skills
- Time management
