Description: Our client is currently seeking a Sr Project Manager . This role is located in Indianapolis, IN and will be in a Hybrid setting so there is flexibility in your day and where you work!
This job will have the following responsibilities:
Contact:- The Senior Project Manager will function as a project leader on mid-size to large scale projects and is expected to demonstrate a history of progressive experience effectively leading similar scale projects.
- This individual will be expected to effectively manage multidiscipline project teams, maintain client satisfaction, and achieve company goals.
- They will also be expected to market and secure new work from existing and potential clients, coordinate the work of professional staff and subconsultants throughout project assignments, perform architectural design functions and complete project tasks, coordinate with clients in the execution of work, and participate in reviews with various governing agencies for code compliance.
- They must demonstrate leadership experience in taking a project from planning, through design, construction to operations.
- Professional judgment in areas of contractual liability must be prevalent within the daily role for this position.
- This individual is expected to be able to manage their projects at a high-quality level of professionalism and be capable of dealing with various challenges which occur during the project contract duration.
- Actively manages client budgets, schedules, and programs; budget and schedule; project communications and documentation; office administrative tasks; and project team assignments.
- Estimates fees, determines scope of work, and prepares proposals and contracts on the most complex projects.
- Promote a positive company culture, quality ethics and values resulting in a respected reputation in the market and with employees, customers, suppliers, partners and regulatory agencies.
- Performs all other duties, tasks and initiatives contributing to the success of the
- Bachelor's degree in Architecture or closely related field
- 10 or more years general architecture design project experience
- Registered Architect / Licensure
- Demonstrated experience in project development and execution through all phases of a project
- Excellent written and communication skills
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
- Proven leadership and project management skills
- Strong problem solving and critical thinking skills
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Must be detail-oriented and a team player with great communication, technical writing, analytical, organizational, and time management skills
- Must have experience in preparation and layout of architectural contract documents
- An attitude and commitment to being an active participant of our collaborative and equitable company culture is a must
