Judge Group is Hiring a Production Supervisor-1st shift Near Chicago, IL
Description: Our client is currently seeking a 1st shift Production Supervisor in a non-union high-speed manufacturing facility in Chicago, IL.
- Provide leadership and training to accomplish all production goals
- oversee and develop a team of 25-50 employees on shift
- Prepare and review employees' hours for payroll and ensure accuracy
- Be the first point of contact for operators regarding mechanical problems and perform preventative maintenance as needed.
- Communicate and work with other team members to control and improve the manufacturing process
- Oversee the KPIs and monitor shift performance and establish any deficiencies
- Packaging Manufacturing Experience is a plus
- Bachelor’s Degree Preferred
- High-speed manufacturing experience is a plus
- Bilingual Spanish is a plus
- 3 years of Production Supervision experience
- Overseen a team of 20 employees
- Six Sigma Green Belt Preferred
