Responsibilities:

• Team Leadership: Lead and motivate a team of skilled maintenance technicians during the 2nd shift to ensure the efficient operation of machinery and equipment.

• Preventive Maintenance: Develop and implement a preventive maintenance program to minimize downtime and extend the lifespan of equipment.

• Troubleshooting: Diagnose and troubleshoot equipment malfunctions, coordinating prompt and effective repairs to maintain continuous production.

• Safety Compliance: Enforce safety protocols and ensure that all maintenance activities comply with industry regulations and company safety standards.

• Training and Development: Train and mentor maintenance team members, fostering a culture of continuous improvement and skill development.

• Collaboration: Work closely with production and other departments to coordinate maintenance schedules and prioritize critical repairs.

Requirements:

• Experience: Minimum of 5 years of experience in maintenance, with a proven track record of leadership in a food manufacturing environment.

• Technical Skills: Strong mechanical and electrical skills, including proficiency in diagnosing and repairing industrial machinery.

• Leadership: Demonstrated ability to lead and inspire a team, fostering a collaborative and results-driven work environment.
