Looking for someone with a warm and welcoming smile for our community front desk. Perfect candidate would have a positive attitude, be flexible and able to multi-task. Looking for a team player who is accommodating to the residents, staff, and visitors when they enter our community. Good troubleshooting skills as well as able to use a multi-line telephone and computer literate a bonus!! Job duties includes: Welcome visitors and answer incoming telephone calls. Take detailed phone messages. Greeting visitors to our building and making them feel like they are home! Gracious and accommodating personality is a plus for this position. Big smile is a must !!
