Security Clearance Requirement: Secret
Location Note: On-Site SanAntonio OR Washington DC Metro; remote/hybrid may be considered
Travel: 25-50%
Relocation: Relo support will be considered
Position Description:
JTEC Consulting is hiring PeopleSoft Payroll Functional Analysts to support Oracle PeopleSoft Payroll systems and solutions. Multiple openings and levels! All positions are contingent upon contract award. Anticipated contract start in May 2024.

Duties and responsibilities include but are not limited to:

Work as part of a collaborative Agile team supporting Oracle PeopleSoft Global Payroll for a DoD integration initiative.
Support designing, configuration, and testing for PeopleSoft Global Payroll rules engine to meet government payroll requirements.
Build and test Epics, Features, and User Stories.
Conduct software demonstrations.
Receive acceptance criteria for delivery backlog items and meet customer’s requirements for incremental roll out to Global Payroll.
Other duties as assigned.

Requirements include but are not limited to:

U.S. citizenship
Current Secret security clearance
Bachelor’s degree in a related discipline is preferred; related training and experience may be considered in lieu of a degree.
Multiple positions for Senior and SME levels with:
- Experience supporting design, configuration, and testing for Oracle PeopleSoft Global Payroll.
- Experience integrating PeopleSoft Global Payroll with existing Oracle PeopleSoft solutions.
Experience working in a Scaled Agile Framework (SAFe) delivery environment.
Experience working with incremental and iterative delivery requirements and receiving acceptance criteria for delivery backlog items to roll out Global Payroll.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Ability to work in a blended government contractor environment and interact with team members across levels.
Demonstrated experience managing workload to meet deadlines.
Availability to support business travel requirements (anticipated 25-50%)

Preferred skills:

Current Security or other industry recognized certification to meet DoD 8570 IAT compliance requirements.
SAFe certification.
Experience supporting DoD Integrated Personnel and Pay Systems such as IPPS-A, AF-IPPS.
Prior experience supporting Oracle PeopleSoft Global Payroll for Army.
