Overview

JST is currently seeking a Fleet Data Manager Subject Matter Expert to join our team. This position is contingent upon contract award.

Responsibilities

• Provide DTA development, configuration, operation, and management technical support at San Diego, CA (TTGP-DTCC/LDTCC/NADTC/FBL-SD, C3F, EWTGPAC-JEWL); Yokosuka, Japan (FBL-TTGPDY); Pearl Harbor, Hawaii (FBL-MP); and Everett, WA (FBL-PNW)
• Develops and improves technical planning documents, instructions, and guidelines for fleet and unit-level synthetic training
• Provides operational systems integration support; through sophisticated engineering and related tasking, to include, but not limited to full-scale development, and updates to hard data and training tools
• Shall utilize current training tools/systems, to conduct training for Pacific Fleet (PACFLT) mission critical FST
• Recommend changes to these tools and provide recommendations for instruction update/improvement in support of PACFLT and Ballistic Missile Defense (BMD) training programs

Qualifications

• Twenty (20) years Surface Navy experience including technical management as a Naval Officer supervising combat system configuration, operation, testing, maintenance, and repair.
• Deployed as Joint Interface Control Officer (JICO) with Strike Group or served as a JICO with Fleet MOC.
• Knowledge of current TDL monitoring systems and troubleshooting techniques.
• Experience conducting Common Tactical Picture Manager (CTPM) overseeing Common Operational Picture, Common Tactical Picture and Tactical Data Link interfaces.

Required Clearances and Screenings

• "Secret" Level Clearance required.
