Job Summary:
We are local property management company seeking a skilled Maintenance Technician to join our team. As a Maintenance Technician, you will be responsible for ensuring the proper functioning and maintenance of our facilities. This is a hands-on role that requires strong technical skills and the ability to troubleshoot and resolve issues efficiently.

Duties:
- Perform routine property maintenance tasks, and respond promptly to maintenance requests and prioritize tasks based on urgency
- Conduct regular inspections to identify any potential maintenance needs
- Troubleshoot and diagnose equipment malfunctions, utilizing your knowledge of electrical and mechanical systems
- Collaborate with other team members to coordinate maintenance activities and ensure timely completion of tasks
- Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities, including work orders, repairs, and parts inventory

- Prepare vacant units for new occupancy.

Experience:
- Previous experience in a maintenance role preferred
- Strong electrical and mechanical knowledge required
- Excellent problem-solving skills with the ability to think logically and analytically
- Strong customer service skills with the ability to communicate effectively in English
