```Duties```
- Greet and welcome customers in a friendly and professional manner
- Check-in and check-out Customers garments, ensuring accuracy of information- Process payments at the front desk register
- Handle guest inquiries, requests, and complaints promptly and courteously
- Process payments and maintain accurate records
- Maintain a clean and organized front desk area

```Experience```
- Previous experience in customer service or hospitality or Dry Cleaning preferred
- Familiarity with Dry Cleaners and procedures is a plus
- Multilingual skills are highly desirable

Skills:
- Excellent customer service skills with a friendly and approachable demeanor
- Strong communication skills,
- Proficient in using phone systems and other office equipment
- Ability to handle cash transactions accurately
- Detail-oriented with good organizational skills

As a Front Desk Agent, you will be the first point of contact for our customers.
