JSL Building Restoration is Hiring an Experienced Project Manager Near Franklin, IL

EXPERIENCED PROJECT MANAGER 
FOR EXTERIOR BUILDING RESTORATION COMPANY
Growing Masonry Restoration Company located in Franklin Park (over 30 years in business) committed to providing quality work and excellent customer service. We are currently looking for an Experienced Project Manager to join our team and assist with the ongoing business growth of our customers such as; architects, engineers, general contractors, and building owners. Experience with exterior restoration and/or construction a plus; Company is committed to ongoing training and development.
The ideal candidate will possess the following qualities and/or experience:
  • Bachelors Degree (not mandatory) with 6 plus years of construction field experience OR a combination of education, training and/or significant experience in taking projects from initial planning to close out.
  • Ability to prioritize and meet deadlines and have good organizational skills.
  • Self-starter and hard, independent worker with a strong work ethic and a desire to work with a team.
  • Microsoft Office, E-Builder, Procore or similar software experience a plus.
  • Ability to read, understand and communicate to others, all drawings, specifications, schedules and other contract documents.
  • Possess a valid Driver's license and reliable transportation to move to multiple job sites.
  • OSHA 30 training and working knowledge of OSHA site safety a plus.
Responsibilities include (but not limited to):
  • Management and oversight of overall day-to-day project operations while providing leadership to entire project team and company personnel on-site.
  • Oversee field operations on multiple sites if necessary.
  • Manage Quality Control on-site.
  • Maintain accurate and current job costing throughout the project.
  • Review all subcontractors' contracts, submittals, schedules, change orders, progress billing/payouts, and closeout paperwork.
  • Ability to multi-task and assist with multiple projects at one time.
Physical Demands:
  • Job duties will require physical ability to climb permanent and temporary stairs, ability to to climb ladders and be able to be on your feet for long periods of time. Be physically capable of lifting 50lbs off the ground if necessary. General ability to move around a typical construction site.
