JOB TITLE: Office Administrator
RATE OF PAY: TBD based on knowledge and experience
WORK SCHEDULE: M-F 8:00-4:00 or M-Th 8:00-6:00
DEFINITION
Performs a variety of routine clerical and office support functions; performs other related duties as required.
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
· Estimate preparation
· Record keeping
· Responsible for maintaining office filing and record keeping systems; enters, edits, and retrieves data; maintains records, confidential files and other related information.
· Document Preparation
· Uses a computer to produce letters, memos, spreadsheets, and agendas from straight copy, rough draft, or oral instructions; completes forms, requisitions and other documents; prepares pamphlets, flyers, manuals, and handbooks; proofreads assignments for accuracy and completeness.
· Communication/Customer Service
· Staff Support
· Creates daily/weekly work schedules and work orders
REQUIREMENTS
· Must have reliable transportation
· Skilled in the following programs: Google Sheets, Google Docs, Microsoft Word, Microsoft Excel, Microsoft Publisher, Quickbooks
· Must be able to effectively navigate internet for research purposes
· Desire to represent the company respectfully
· Basic Spanish language knowledge
