JR Tree Service and Landscaping is Hiring a Tree Service Spider Lift Manager (FT) Near Greensboro, NC

JR Tree Service is expanding and we need an expert spider lift manager. The ideal candidate will be able to run a tree crew with a spider lift as if it were a stand alone business. We have been in business since 1978 and provide tree service and landscaping in the Piedmont Region of North Carolina.

Must have the following skills:

Proper pruning skill is a must. Must understand proper hand pruning of bushes and trees.
Knowledge of line handling and rigging for tree work.
Understanding of how a spider lift works and how to maintain/repair it.
knowledge of electrical work very helpful.
A valid driver's license for at least three years. CDL preferred. No DUI in past seven years and no more than one moving violation in last three years. Our insurance company will pull your DMV record to verify this.

Requirements:

Three to ten years of tree work experience. Crew leader experience highly desired.
Ability to identify woody plants and trees. Arborist certification desired.
Associates degree. Bachelors degree a plus.

Safety is very important to us. Must pass a drug screen prior to starting.
