Typical Duties:
- Designs, develops, documents, implements, trains and supports business and clinical systems in response to hospital information system needs.
- Initiates and performs the Root Cause Analysis of any technical and application problems.
- Demonstrates organizational skills by prioritizing workload.
- Documents in detail all information regarding incidents and requests in ServiceNow, as well as accurate documentation of inventory and software process flows within knowledge base.
- Participates in routine and unplanned server or application maintenance. This includes server/appliance installation.
- Acts as a liaison between other departments or user groups to determine needs and define goals.
- Participates in a 24x7 support team as needed. On-call rotation to be expected.
- Performs other job related duties as assigned.
