Acclaim Multi Specialty Group, a partner with JPS Health Network is seeking a motivated and ambitious Full Time Advanced Practice Provider to join our dynamic Pulmonary team. As the county hospital system, JPS has been serving the residents of Tarrant County for over 100 years. Job Summary:

• APP generally not assigned call

• 5 Days Inpatient Service consisting of consultation, follow up, and patient education of complex airway and pleural disease
• Occasional Outpatient Clinic coverage as needed
• Work with Interventional Pulmonologist and Care Coordinator as needed to support the Interventional Pulmonology Program. Including but not limited to patient consenting, pre/post procedure follow up, and care coordination.

Pulmonary/Sleep Team:

• 8 Physicians
• 6 APPs

Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:

• Must be comfortable working in a large public/county facility
• Must be able to demonstrate a working knowledge in area assigned, and competency in assessment techniques, diagnosis and treatment processes that apply to the assigned medical specialty area
• Must have good interpersonal, verbal and oral communication skills
  Orders, collects, interprets, and evaluates diagnostic tests to assess patient problems and health care needs
• Formulates and implements comprehensive outcomes-based patient treatment plans based on patient assessments, evidence-based medicine, standards of care, professional practice guidelines in collaboration with physicians when appropriate
• Initiates timely consultation and referrals
• Must be able to demonstrate patient centered/patient valued behavior
• A commitment to lead and support efforts to enhance the climate of diversity, equity, and inclusion in all aspects of the Division
