As a Sales Science Strategy & Execution - Senior Associate, you will be part of the CB Sales Science team, where the goal is to make front-line sales teams more effective through the use of data, insights and artificial intelligence. The team partners with Consumer Banking sales organizations and product leadership team to ensure that solutions developed by the team are fit-for-purpose and align with both Line of Business and Product / Technology goals. The team provides expertise in data science, analytics, and business intelligence as well as management of process and data/infrastructure to deliver on this charter.

Through its patent-pending Blueprint application, the cross-functional Blueprint team is responsible for delivering one the of top goals for the Consumer Bank: Invest in Branch Managers and Market Directors to help them be great coaches, bring our culture to life, and understand how to win with the unique opportunities in their markets. The Data & Analytics arm of the Blueprint team recently launched a machine learning tool that delivers branch-specific recommendations to BMs and MDs in an effort to help improve branch performance. The long-term vision is to scale Blueprint across multiple Lines of Business. The role of the Analytical Solutions Associate involves developing crisp communications and analytical narratives to deliver data-driven solutions and to build relationships with critical partners in product, technology, and design. In addition, the Analytics Solutions Associate will help with setting and aligning roadmaps and owning execution of the D&A strategy for Blueprint. Knowledge of Powerpoint and Excel are helpful.

Key Responsibilities:

• Clear, concise, and effective communication skills via decks, emails, and, most importantly, verbal presentations (e.g. delivering numbers without jargon, leading with headlines, understanding the audience, etc.).
• Wide range of analytical skills related to tableau reporting, analytics, modeling (and specifically machine learning), natural language processing (NLP), and data architecture (depending on intern's interests)
• Problem solving related to product delivery
• Understand controls and governance requirements and the implications on project execution in order to advise and guide proposed solution development
• Work across the Data and Analytics teams to scope and understand where AI can be leveraged to enhance current analytical solutions
• Manage and influence multiple senior stakeholders across CCB Lines of Business as we begin to scale across One Chase
