As a Fraud Risk Vice President with the Consumer & Business Banking (CBB) Risk Management group, the successful candidate will be responsible for fraud operations oversight and analysis related to various de-risking, customer experience, and controls agenda initiatives within the deposit fraud area. This is an exciting opportunity to work on high impact initiatives as they become the key focus of the firm and across the financial services industry. The successful candidate will excel at creative thinking and problem solving; be self-motivated, confident and ready to work in a fast-paced, energetic environment. Job Responsibilities: Develop an expertise in deposit fraud and understand the operational details and key risks within the underlying business processes. Collaborate across cross functional teams to knowledge share and develop broader insights into fraud and customer impacts Partner with fraud operations on capacity planning and procedure optimization Ensure compliance with existing risk and control structure while driving future enhancements to risk and control structure. Critically assess fraud trends to uncover gaps in fraud tools or procedures and develop new ways of combatting the fraud Provides accurate and concise results and presents findings, recommendations and presentations to Management. Will be expected to work independently and multitask on several projects and processes Ensure robust business controls exist and are executed against on a consistent basis Partner closely with Operations, loss strategy owners, and retail bank leadership to ensure that all priorities are aligned. Communicate across lines of business and all key stakeholder groups. Required qualifications, capabilities, and skills: 8 years of professional experience related to risk management, fraud or retail banking area Highly proficient in Microsoft Office suite of products Proven ability to evaluate the business climate, anticipate change and develop compensating strategies/vision. History of communicating to leaders of an organization. Project Management Skills -- well-organized, structured approach. Ability to achieve tight timelines on complex deliverables. Ability to manage and prioritize projects across cross-functional groups. Strong communication and interpersonal skills, ability to interact with individuals across departments / functions and with senior-level individuals.
