As a Quant Analytics Manager in the Audience Management group you will partner with business to create audiences for Marketing & Servicing communications through multiple channels including owned, paid media and non-digital campaigns. We support acquisition and engagement across credit card, Auto, Retail, Home Lending, wealth management and payments. You'll need to be highly proficient in business analysis, data processing and data engineering to be successful. You'll leverage your documentation skills to gather business requirements and specifications that will capture the overall flow and details of the initiative. You are comfortable working independently through complex business problems. A thorough understanding of legacy First Republic customer data will be required .
