Job Summary

As a Quant Analytics Manager on the Payments Analytics Team, you'll combine analytic skills with specific domain knowledge to make data actionable allowing for ease of consumption. You will also translate between analytic and non-analytic groups as well as facilitate holistic, cross-functional learning. Then you'll collaborate, learn, teach and disseminate knowledge across the Data & Analytics community. As a key member of the Payments Analytics team, you will work closely with Product Owners to deliver insights in terms of descriptive, diagnostic, predictive, and prescriptive analytics to better understand the trends in customer transactional behavior.

Required qualifications, capabilities, and skills

• 5 years of experience in a data/analytics focused role. Proven experience managing projects and stakeholders independently.
• Intermediate knowledge of SQL, Alteryx, and Python
• Experience with Snowflake, Teradata, Oracle and SQL DBs. Previous experience with behavioral analytics (i.e. Adobe Analytics)
• Strong verbal and written communication skills. Adept at explaining and converting complex concepts into digestible information to be consumed by audiences of varying levels of expertise

Preferred qualifications, capabilities, and skills

• Masters degree in a related technical field
• Functional industry experience in operations, marketing, credit/risk, technology or finance
• Intermediate knowledge of AI/ML concepts and techniques
