As a Product Experience Lead on the Data Marketplace team, you’ll be working on a data product that will transform how our customers discover, access, and use data within Chase! Your knowledge of the ways users engage with online products and tools will help create the experiences that will shape the Analytics community for years to come. You will be responsible for designing innovative customer journeys that provide a seamless, easy to use, end-to-end workflow that spans across data publishing, discovery, access, and consumption as well as user engagement features like community sharing, reviewing, and rating. You will have a keen understanding of the product’s target audience and in-depth knowledge of relevant product features. You will collaborate with our product and technology teams to develop innovative concepts and your work will help drive feature requirements and roadmaps.
