As a Multi-Media & Communications Content Developer, you will work in an environment that offers a wide degree of creativity and latitude with the expectation of high performance and results. You will work closely with Field Support, front office partners, and key stakeholders to identify training needs and will serve as a day to day training resource to the front office around J.P. Morgan Advisors procedures, systems, and best practices.

Job Responsibilities:

• Partner with Tech & Product owners on timely communications
• Design, edit and create exciting and thought-provoking newsletters and email communications designed to increase understanding of new processes and technology platforms
• Assist with the creation of content and design curriculums to engage learners and promote understanding
• Create criteria to judge learner’s performance
• Collaborate with key stakeholders on training content
• Analysis of source documents, data sets, or other sources to develop training content
• Plan and execute classroom and virtual instructor-led programs as well as eLearning programs
• Work closely with legal, risk, and compliance to ensure alignment with policy and procedures
• Deliver training sessions nationally (virtual and onsite)
• Facilitate training as needed for new Advisors and Advisor Support
• Engage the front office on new tech platform and adoption

Required qualifications, capabilities, and skills:

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience required
• Excellent oral and written communication skills are a must
• Highly proficient in PowerPoint, Word, and Excel,
• Adaptable, flexible and willing to work in dynamic work environment
• Instructional design experience in a training organization 
• Demonstrate use of analytical skills in a training organization
• Ability to work with staff at all levels of the organization; Domestic travel required
• Ability to use multiple learning methods and link appropriate methods with subject matter
• A self-starter who possesses ability to successfully operate with limited guidance
• Highly proficient in PowerPoint, Word and Excel
• Proven ability to work independently and completely handle multiple responsibilities with high degree of accuracy, in a fast paced high pressure environment
