The Home Lending Marketing Strategy Manager role will be responsible for identifying and implementing marketing strategies that will grow Home Lending leads and loans. This candidate will work with the “Local” pillar of marketing by focusing on supporting Community and Affordable Lending, acting on market level opportunities and optimizing the effectiveness of the branch channel. The ideal candidate must be comfortable working from a white paper and using data, competitive insights, and a strong partnership with Sales team and key stakeholders to develop and implement marketing.

Job Responsibilities:

• Develop comprehensive data-driven marketing strategies to improve the ability of our distributed Sales teams to promote Chase products and programs based on market-level needs and insights.
• Successfully manage and influence cross-functional resources to execute initiatives on time, on budget and with quality.
• Consolidate marketing and communication activities and provide regular updates to Sales teams through high quality presentations.
• Oversee control processes and eliminate risk across marketing platforms and communications. 

Required Qualifications, Capabilities and Skills

• 4-year degree in Marketing, Data Analytics, Business Management or related field from an accredited college/university.
• Self-starter with ability to grasp concepts quickly and outreach to business partners for information to shape a comprehensive and successful marketing strategy.
• Strong relationship development and negotiating skills; able to earn respect and trust among internal and external business partners and team members. 
• Team player with a positive, can-do attitude; must be comfortable with continuously changing opportunities and priorities.
• Excellent written and oral communication skills.

Preferred Qualifications, Capabilities and Skills

• Financial services industry experience; prior mortgage experience a plus
• Knowledge of mortgage industry
