As a Marketing Strategist on our Consumer Bank Marketing Acquisition team, you will have the opportunity to develop and lead integrated marketing campaigns. Job responsibilities:

• Build, launch, and run data-driven acquisition marketing initiatives to acquire new to Chase Consumer Bank customers supported by a comprehensive measurement plan
• Partner closely with Analytics, Research, Strategy peers, and leaders across lines of business to identify key opportunities to guide new customer growth opportunities
• Collaborate with large cross-functional teams to develop your strategic proposals, including hypotheses, a comprehensive acquisition approach, spend and capacity resources needed, detailed estimated financial returns and go-to-market timelines
• Use effective and persuasive communications to influence leadership decisions and secure prioritization
• Review and distill results of tests and recommend future test and learn opportunities
• Optimize performance of marketing campaigns
• Support reporting, forecasting, performance, and test results

• Experience in data-driven, direct-to-consumer marketing
• Digital performance marketing (paid search, affiliate, email, and display) experience
• Fantastic partner who leads through strong collaboration
• Focused on how marketing guides quantifiable business results
• Detail-oriented, self-starter comfortable working through complex processes 
• Skilled and comfortable at working in a highly matrixed organization
• Loves testing, learning, and taking calculated risks
• Understanding of key levers to drive marketing performance
