Job Summary:

As a Business Manager in the new affluent banking business team, you will have the opportunity to lead key initiatives that span a wide range of topics, playing a crucial role in shaping the future of our business. Your responsibilities will include building reports and analyzing data, providing valuable insights that will guide team leadership and senior management in making decisions that drive successful outcomes. As a key member of our team, you will play a vital role in supporting our CFO building reports and analyzing data that will directly contribute to decision-making by team leadership and senior management. Your insights and recommendations will help shape the business and drive successful outcomes. 

 Job Responsibilities:

• Promptly and effectively respond to executive ad-hoc requests for business and financial analysis, project management, and presentation development, delivering accurate and insightful information
• Support strategic business initiatives, from development through successful execution, under the guidance of senior leadership
• Assist and communicate with CFO Leadership Team in decision-making, program management, and initiative implementation, and manage day-to-day items while attending meetings on behalf of the CFO
• Assist the team with certain administrative tasks such as budgeting, vendor onboarding, generating correspondence, planning, and coordinating meetings, and scheduling events
• Work with high degree of independence, be self-motivated and tenacious

Required qualifications, capabilities, and skills:

• 4 years of progressive experience in strategy, consulting, finance and/or business management
• Bachelor’s degree in finance, Accounting, Economics, or related discipline
• Experience in interacting and communicating recommendations to senior business leaders
• Effective process manager with an ability to ensure that senior leaders time focus on a project takes place at the right place and the right time
• Ability to build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders
• Strong mix of analytical, written and presentation skills
• Strong technical ability with Advanced Microsoft Office skills (Excel, PowerPoint)
