Chase Auto is the #1 bank-owned (#2 overall) Auto lender in the US competing in 4 channels – OEM/Manufacturer Captive Partnerships, Dealerships (Retail), Consumer Services (online digital) and Dealer Commercial Services. You will be a Vice President working on B2B marketing strategies for our Retail Dealer Services organization. You would also act as the lead for our employee auto discounts including employee events, marketing channels, offers and increasing awareness. Marketing and communications for B2B will be developed for both the end clients (~12,000 dealerships) and the sales team (~110 relationship managers) responsible for the Dealership/Retail channel marketing strategy. You will work with the dealer channel leadership to determine the best way to support the business with regards to marketing/communicating new products or capabilities, supporting dealer events and managing branding and value propositions. Some of the efforts could also extend into the OEM/Manufacturer channel targeting their own relationship managers and to bankers that support the dealerships in their banking/investment relationships with JPMC. You will work closely with marketing colleagues to execute against the strategies. Some of the efforts will leverage the Salesforce Marketing Cloud technology to push communications out centrally or on a decentralized basis.
