Join our dynamic Payments Marketing team, a key part of Connected Commerce, where you will have the opportunity to promote growth and engagement with our innovative payment products, within Commerce Payments – a newly designed product group organized to support our customers in paying where, when, and how. As the Vice President, Digital Marketing Strategy Head of Commerce Payments, you will be the key marketing stakeholder in standing up Commerce Payments as a standalone product business and partnering closely with the product team as well as cross-functionally across Chase (both credit card and consumer bank). This role will be focused on scaling the Commerce Payments products with strategy and objective development, KPI measurement and management of new product launches and innovation capabilities to grow digital adoption and usage, which support key Commerce business and product priorities.
As the Commerce Marketing Strategy Lead you will focus on the recommendation and prioritization of areas of opportunity and the integration of key messaging/benefits into compelling, measurable and cross-functionally supported marketing plans. This role provides an opportunity to contribute to the growth of the payments business and work in a fast-paced, results-promoted, highly dynamic environment.
