JPMC Candidate Experience page is Hiring a Vice President – Digital Marketing Strategy – Head of Commerce Payments Near Wilmington, DE

Join our dynamic Payments Marketing team, a key part of Connected Commerce, where you will have the opportunity to promote growth and engagement with our innovative payment products, within Commerce Payments – a newly designed product group organized to support our customers in paying where, when, and how. As the Vice President, Digital Marketing Strategy Head of Commerce Payments, you will be the key marketing stakeholder in standing up Commerce Payments as a standalone product business and partnering closely with the product team as well as cross-functionally across Chase (both credit card and consumer bank). This role will be focused on scaling the Commerce Payments products with strategy and objective development, KPI measurement and management of new product launches and innovation capabilities to grow digital adoption and usage, which support key Commerce business and product priorities.

As the Commerce Marketing Strategy Lead you will focus on the recommendation and prioritization of areas of opportunity and the integration of key messaging/benefits into compelling, measurable and cross-functionally supported marketing plans. This role provides an opportunity to contribute to the growth of the payments business and work in a fast-paced, results-promoted, highly dynamic environment.

Job responsibilities

  • Scale Commerce with new product and integration launches; design go-to-market plans, and ongoing management of new payment products and capabilities 
  • Be the key marketing stakeholder in the design of Commerce payments as a standalone product group; establishing marketing OKRs and consistent KPI reporting, assist in the establishment of controls and implement required cadence and establish new cadence and leadership position within the Commerce Payments team
  • Drive awareness and education; design always on messaging leveraging owned channels to reinforce new/existing product features and benefits

  • An innovative thought leader, change agent and strategic thinker who understands market, consumer behavior and funnel dynamics 
  • Proven track record in developing strategy and connecting it to actionable and measurable roadmap to achieve desired business goals
  • Have excellent verbal/written communication, and strong presentation skills
  • Exceptional leadership, relationship building and influencing skills. The position requires a large degree of cross-functional collaboration and coordination.
  • Create structure, plan, organize and prioritize workstreams regularly to facilitate design and successful delivery of high priority initiatives with tangible outcomes
  • Lead, manage and develop 1-2 direct reports

Required qualifications, capabilities, and skills

  • Strong project management and communication skills
  • 5 years of marketing experience
  • Experience working with creative agencies (internal and external) and developing creative briefs
