You have the opportunity to demonstrate strong product/service knowledge to help resolve manager and employee issues in a timely and efficient manner, ensuring a high-quality client experience. You will advise and assist a sophisticated client base in a fast-paced client service environment, providing a high-level of service when responding to questions regarding immigration matters, status updates, work authorization, green card reviews, etc.
As a HR Specialty Servicing Professional in U.S. Immigration & Right to Work, you deliver a best in class, simplified, and personalized experience to current employees in support of their HR needs. You interact with all employee types at various levels on a range of topics and/or issues using strong attention to detail, thoughtfulness, and empathetic support. You adhere to company policy and guidelines in support of our mission to make dreams possible for everyone, everywhere, every day. 
Job responsibilities
  • Communicates with employees verbally and in writing to resolve specialized or complex inquiries that may require extended support to provide end-to-end resolution for Immigration/right to work matters
  • Partners with HR Business Advisors, managers and foreign national employees on right to work/immigration compliance, and green card related matters including day to day questions, practices, and policies.
  • Supports the green card sponsorship process for foreign nationals, inclusive of data management, review of eligibility, and ensuring key criteria are met for Department of Labor
  • Builds strong relationships with Immigration Legal and law firm partners providing support on immigration related activity
  • Creates hierarchy reports and compile metrics including pivot tables for immigration data for management and HRBA
  • Supports programs related to work authorizations and visas allowing for continued employment in the U.S. Partners with leaves/payroll 
  • Reviews and owns recommendations on team processes and guidelines by identifying areas of improvement in partnership with various HR and Immigration groups (where applicable
  • Drives cross line of business review for consistent approach.
  • Follows procedures to complete all case tracking actions needed to record interactions
  • Follows all established processes, policies, company guidelines and regulations
Required qualifications, capabilities, and skills
  • 2 years of experience in HR service or Product roles, or equivalent experience
  • Demonstrated active listening, probing, and reading comprehension skills 
  • Demonstrated analytical skills including attention to detail and problem-solving skills
  • Demonstrated proficiency in project management, consulting, influencing and negotiating; adjusts positively and readily to multiple demands, shifting priorities and rapid change.
  • Proven advisory and leadership skills; operates with sense of urgency and ownership, flexibility and responsiveness. Process–oriented, with the ability to drive efficiency and scale with a focus on the employee experience.
  • Proven ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines
  • Demonstrated proficiency with Microsoft Office suite and HR Systems (me@JPMC, ServiceNow, etc.)
  • Ability to apply critical and analytical thinking to identify/adapt to issues/trends; develops creative, strategic, tailored solutions that improve HR/business efficiencies.
Preferred qualifications, capabilities, and skills
  • Demonstrated proficiency with Microsoft Office suite and HR Systems (me@JPMC, ServiceNow, etc.)
  • Experience with form I-9, and right to work authorization
  • Knowledge of all relevant immigration laws, practices and procedures and how they impact our workforce. Understanding of various visas, requirements for immigration programs
Work schedule 
  • Must be able to work standard hours Monday through Friday
