J.P. Morgan Wealth Management is seeking a new Associate for the Field Marketing Center of Excellence Team to help create and maintain new programs required to support our Private Client banking Relationship Managers and the future growth of the business. 

Reporting to the Head of Field Marketing Center of Excellence for J.P. Morgan Wealth Management, this is an exciting opportunity for a candidate to join this best-in-class team. This role will work closely with peers on the team including a VP, a Sr. Associate and two Associates, in addition to internal partners in digital, social media, PR, content and other marketing functions. This position will also work closely with the marketing leadership team and executive team of the Private Client business.

The person in this role should be very organized, data-driven, creative, curious and agile in the ability to concurrently serve the field while also working on large projects that help the team deliver programs to the business. This role requires a spirit of hospitality to care for the field the way they care for clients. 

Job Responsibilities 

• Serve as point person to facilitate the creation of personalized bio marketing materials
• Oversee day to day operations with the vendor agency who supports the creation of marketing materials for Relationship Managers in this line of business
• Help maintain intake form database and files by region 
• Help maintain tracking of headshots and bios
• Assist with various metrics, analytics and data needs to create dashboards and reports to management
• Manage the marketing inbox for this business, responding to inquiries in a timely manner and tracking common themes on dashboard, identifying internal communications awareness opportunities
• Help track collateral usage through record keeping, inventory management, order management

Required Qualifications, Capabilities and Skills:

• 2 years of entry level marketing experience
• Organization, detail-oriented, ability to manage multiple projects at once
• Agile in the ability to pivot between communicating with the field and internal marketing colleagues, scheduling work accordingly 
• Ability to interface with very senior executive-level advisors appropriately
• Able to give and take feedback in an ongoing manner
• Bachelor's Degree required
