Job Summary

You will drive business development across Sovereign clients in Latin America, focusing on Asset Management services expansion for investors in the region.

Job Responsibilities

• Drive & win placement of J.P. Morgan Asset Management products across all Sovereigns and Multilateral clients in the Latin America Region
• Managing relationship with current portfolio of clients to ensure the business is well service and grow
• Partner with a team of Client Advisors across the region to drive toward asset growth regionally
• Perform a variety of sales functions including client meetings, client follow-up, proposal generation, presentations, public speaking and attending seminar and industry events
• Partner with investment specialists to coordinate, and manage campaigns and marketing support activities.
• Remain closely connected with Global Sovereign group to ensure that product development incorporates features required for LatAm, to the extent possible, so that these products can successfully be distributed in the region
• Remain closely connected with JPMorgan Investment Banking Sovereign group, to ensure client experience is unique across the firm
• Deliver ongoing internal and external education on the client needs
• Become voice for Asset Management Sovereigns LatAm at industry events, media, etc.
• Represent emerging trends to drive product development & distribution strategy

Required qualifications, capabilities and skills 

• Client focused professional with 10 years’ experience 
• Experience in Latin America
• Client-focused – possessing the ability to align processes, procedures, systems, and personnel to meet the needs of Sovereign clients
• Excellent communication & partnership skills 
• Strong project management & execution skills
• Desire & ability to thrive in a challenging and collaborative environment across teams
• Frequent travel is required

Preferred qualifications, capabilities and skills 

• Spanish and Portuguese language knowledge
