JPA Health is in search of a talented UX/IA Designer who can weave together user experience (UX) and information architecture (IA) to create seamless and effective digital interfaces for patients, caregivers, and healthcare professionals to support a range of health clients across pharma, biotech, public health, non-profit, and more. This role requires a blend of creativity and analytical skills, focusing on developing sitemaps, wireframes, and organizational structures for various digital initiatives including websites, mobile apps, other digital products, data visualizations, and more. The ideal candidate will excel in transforming complex information into accessible, user-friendly formats.

Responsibilities

• Design detailed sitemaps and wireframes, integrating principles of UX and IA to enhance user interaction and engagement.
• Develop clear and coherent information structures to guide users through digital content intuitively.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand project requirements and implement IA and UX best practices.
• Prototype and mockup interactive features to showcase user flows and design concepts.
• Conduct user research and usability testing, leveraging insights to refine IA and UX designs.
• Maintain brand experience and interface design consistency across all digital platforms while adhering to brand guidelines.
• Stay abreast of the latest trends in UX and IA, incorporating innovative ideas into design strategies.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Design, Information Science, Computer Science, or a related field
• Demonstrated experience in UX/IA design, particularly in creating sitemaps, wireframes, and information structures
• Proficiency in UX/IA design tools like Figma, Adobe XD, InVision, Axure, Sketch, or similar
• Strong portfolio showcasing skills in UX/IA design, highlighting wireframing, prototyping, and information architecture projects. Experience in healthcare a plus
• Exceptional communication skills and ability to work collaboratively in a team environment
• Capability to manage multiple projects in a dynamic, fast-paced setting
