Job Duties

• Monitors and analyzes organizational budgets and performs periodic planning, forecasting, analysis, and reporting
• Develops key performance indicators measuring the financial health of the organization
• Reviews past and current financial performance against budgeted estimates, and develops models that assist management in understanding the financial impact of business decisions
• Handle system implementation for Finance related processes, optimizing and improving the workflow and efficiency
• Collaborates with business unit counter parts to analyze performance at business unit level

Skills

• Financial analysis experience in large manufacturing enterprises
• Ability to forecast, analyze and control the operation results
• Strong organizational skills
• Strong experience with Hyperion and Microsoft Excel
• Strong communication skills, both verbal and written

Education

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics or related degree is required
• A minimum of 2 years of experience in Finance is required
