Position Overview: As a Commercial Roofing Sales/Project Manager, you will play a critical role in driving our business growth. You will be responsible for developing and maintaining customer relationships, identifying their roofing needs, negotiating contracts, and overseeing roofing projects. Your ability to understand customer requirements, provide solutions, and close deals will be key to your success in this role.

Key Responsibilities:

Develop and Maintain Customer Relationships: Build and nurture relationships with existing customers and prospects in the commercial roofing industry.

Identify Customer Needs and Develop Solutions: Conduct thorough assessments of customer roofing requirements and propose tailored solutions to meet their needs.

Negotiate Contracts and Close Deals: Skillfully negotiate contracts and agreements to secure roofing projects and close deals efficiently.

Provide Timely Feedback: Offer regular feedback to management regarding customer trends, market opportunities, and potential areas for improvement.

Sales Strategy Development: Develop and implement effective sales strategies to increase market share and achieve sales targets.

Customer Satisfaction and Responsiveness: Monitor customer satisfaction throughout the project lifecycle and promptly address customer inquiries and concerns.

Maintain Customer Database: Establish and maintain an organized database of current and potential customers to facilitate communication and sales efforts.

Technology Proficiency: Interface efficiently with computers and utilize technology for sales presentations, record-keeping, and communication.

Cost Analysis and Quoting: Perform cost analysis, estimating, and quoting for roofing projects, ensuring accuracy and competitiveness.

Physical Fitness: Must be physically fit and capable of performing tasks such as climbing ladders, walking roofs, and enduring various weather conditions (hot and cold).

Qualifications:

• Proven experience in commercial roofing sales and project management.
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
• Strong customer relationship-building abilities.
• Proficiency in using technology for sales and project management tasks.
• Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills.
• Ability to work independently and meet sales targets.
• Physical fitness to perform roofing-related tasks.

Compensation: This is a commission-only position with competitive commission rates based on successfully closed deals.

Pay: $75,000.00 - $150,000.00 per year
