Job Type: Full Time Hourly
- Ensure Company Policies are Being Followed
- Help to Guarantee Manufacturing Runs Smooth and Efficient
- Monitor and Assist Shift Employees
- Help Ensure the Production Process will Deliver Products of Maximum Quality While Staying Profitable
- Set Daily Objective Goals and Communicate Them to Personnel
- Organize Work Flow by Assigning Responsibilities
- Monitor the Work of Employees & Work with Leads to Maximum Employee Output
- Ensure All Safety Policies/Procedures are Followed
- Prepare and Submit Reports on Production and Personnel as Directed
- Identify Issues in Production Efficiency
- Troubleshoot Issues in Production Line Until Issue is Solved
- Train New Employees on How to Safely Use Machinery and Follow Procedures
- Maintain Quality by Establishing and Enforcing Organization Standards
- Log Daily Activities and Issues Encountered
- Responsible for Hitting Required Production Numbers
- Follow Quality Procedures and Reporting Requirements by Filling Out 1st Article Inspection Sheets for All Operators and Machines
- Coordinate and Confirm with Mixers Correct Mix Type and Timing of Mix Cycles
- Maintain a Clean and Orderly Work Area, Tools, and Machines
- Verify and Help Set up Tools for Next Day/Shift
- Turn off All Power and Water Lines as Outlined in Building Shutdown Check List, as needed
- Check That All Doors, Windows, and Gates are Locked, as needed
- Work Overtime as Needed
- Proven experience as a Production Operator, Team Leader, or similar role
- Experience in using various types of equipment, machinery, and tools
- Ability to troubleshoot equipment, machinery, and tools
- Ability to lift 50#
- Ability to climb stairs
- Ability to extreme temperatures
- Practical mind and attention to detail
- Ability to work independently and as a team
- Excellent leadership skills
- Must have ethical conduct and a good attitude
- Results driven and show initiative
- Good verbal and written communication skills
- Regular and consistent attendance
- High school diploma with proven previous work experience in field
- Basic computer/Microsoft Office skills
