Do you have the personality and background to engage children and be communicative with parents? If yes, we offer a Full-Time, Guaranteed Hours Nanny position. If you are engaging, communicative, friendly, and have childcare experience infants through tweens, we’d love to hear from you!

o No hustle - It’s simple; you'll be matched with pre-screened families that need help. Children are so eager to have a caregiver that can be devoted to them and help make this uncertain time fun.

o Regular Paychecks – No need to worry about asking to be paid, wondering what you will be paid or filing paperwork. You'll get a paycheck and all the benefits and security that comes from legal employment. Your weekly pay will be guaranteed for 40 hours, and we offer opportunities for overtime at 1.5 times your hourly rate! Benefits offered as well.

o Safety First – Peace of mind: Every family is a vetted by a professional agency or agency partner. Parents are selecting in home care and know the importance of a safe environment.

When you’re a child's nanny, you’re not just taking care of a child. You’re inspiring them with the very best in you. You’ll get to:

o Be a Role Model – Change a mood with a smile. Bring calm to chaos. Show them how it’s done.

o Be Playful – Hey, it’s fun! You get to be a kid again and share everything you loved doing—riddles, card games, treasure hunts, neighborhood baseball. Yup—all in your job description.

o Be helpful – Many parents are overwhelmed with their daily schedules, including work, family life, volunteering and household work. You’ll help with the childcare part!

o Be adventurous – What exciting new discoveries lie ahead? Rediscover the world through a kid’s eyes.

o Be in charge - You will manage the safety and care and create a fulfilling day for children who will appreciate the comfort and care you bring.

Compensation Benefits:

o Hourly guaranteed wage of $20 for 40 hours per week. Weekly overtime above 40 hours will be paid at 1.5 hourly rate, or approximately $30 per hour.
o When worked, the following holidays will be paid at 1.5 hourly rate.

  • o Thanksgiving
  • o Christmas Eve or Day
  • o New Year’s Day
  • o Memorial Day
  • o Independence Day
  • o Labor Day

o Paid training professional development
o Accrue Paid Sick Time immediately; accrue up to 10 days annual Paid Time Off after 90 days
o Eligible for matching Student Loan Reimbursement or Retirement Savings plan
o You are guaranteed pay for 40 hours per week, regardless of how many assignments you are given. If you work more than 40 hours, overtime pay will be added to your bi-weekly check.

About you:

o You will be able to provide 3 references, at least 2 from childcare work (paid or unpaid)

o You have at least 1 year experience with children ages 6 months – 12 years

o You have relatable childcare experience and the desire to work one-on-one with children in their home, putting safety and engagement above all else

o You have a reliable vehicle

o You’re already CPR certified or able to be so

o You are available Monday - Friday for 6 - 10 hour shifts between 7am and 7pm

Pay: $20.00 - $25.00 per hour
