FOH Shift Lead

We are currently searching for qualified FOHShift Leads to join our team!

The FOH Shift Lead is a supervisory position in which thecandidate will assist area managers with daily tasks and duties to ensure thesmooth flow of service and that guest expectations are exceeded.

Job Duties:

· Work opening shifts and ensure area is properlyset up for the day per SOP guidelines

· Lead pre-shift by gathering the staff togetherand informing them of any important announcements or pertinent informationneeded for the shift

· Write floor plans; assign sections to serversand support staff

· Perform table touches and check ins with guests;resolve/rectify any guest concerns/issues

· Supervise staff to ensure the team is executingJAG service standards

· Perform voids, comps, discounts, overrides, etc.

· Work mid or swing shifts

· Communicate or share any important informationregarding the shift with managers, chefs, directors, etc.

· Set a positive example for other staff membersto follow

· Execute any other tasks assigned by management

Abilities & Working Conditions

· At least 1 year of hospitalityindustry supervisory experience is preferred.

· Must be able to liftup to 15 lbs. on a regular and continuing basis.

· Must be able to exertwell-paced mobility for up to 8 hours in length.

- May be required tolift trays of food or food items weighing up to 30 lbs. occasionally.

· Ability to maneuverthroughout the dining area while carrying full trays of food & beverages

· Confidentlycommunicate with guests and employees.

· Requires manualdexterity to use and operate all necessary equipment.

· Will work some nights,holidays, and weekends.
