Jones Dealerships Inc in Lancaster, Pennsylvania is seeking a part-time Automotive Detailer Supervisor to join our team. As the Automotive Detailer Supervisor, you will be responsible for overseeing and managing a team of automotive detailers to ensure that all vehicles on our lot are cleaned and prepared to the highest standards. Responsibilities:

• Supervise and train a team of automotive detailers to ensure they are following dealership standards and providing high-quality service to customers
• Coordinate and assign daily tasks and duties to detailers, ensuring the efficient and timely completion of cleaning and detailing tasks on all vehicles
• Inspect vehicles after detailing is completed to ensure they meet dealership standards and make any necessary touch-ups or corrections
• Order and maintain inventory of necessary cleaning supplies, tools, and equipment
• Communicate with sales and service departments to prioritize vehicle cleaning and detailing based on customer needs and departmental requests
• Ensuring that the vehicles are fueled and prepared for operation.
• Coordinate the gathering of required documentation for detailer bonus payments weekly, ensuring timely processing for payroll.

Requirements:

• Valid driver's license and clean driving record required
• High school diploma or equivalent
• Previous experience in automotive detailing and/or supervising a team preferred
• Strong attention to detail and ability to identify and correct imperfections in vehicle appearance
• Knowledge of different types of detailing products and techniques preferred.
• Excellent communication and organizational skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment
