Overview:
We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized individual to join our team as Office Personnel. As an Office Personnel, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of our office and providing administrative support to various departments.
Duties:
- File and maintain documents in an organized manner
- Type and proofread correspondence, reports, and other documents
- Assist with data entry and record keeping using QuickBooks
- Answer phone calls and direct them to the appropriate staff members
- Provide excellent phone etiquette and customer service to clients and visitors
- Manage calendars and schedule appointments for staff members
- Assist with managing office supplies and inventory
- Coordinate projects and assist with project coordination tasks as needed
Experience:
- Previous experience in an administrative or office role is preferred
- Proficiency in using office software such as Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) is a must
- Knowledge of phone systems and basic troubleshooting skills
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively
- Excellent attention to detail and accuracy in work
