Duties:

- Communicate effectively with customers via phone, email, and chat to address inquiries, resolve issues, and provide information

- Perform data entry tasks accurately and efficiently to update customer records and process requests

- Utilize upselling techniques to promote additional products or services

- Demonstrate excellent phone etiquette and professionalism in all customer interactions

- Maintain a high level of knowledge about our products and services to effectively address customer inquiries

- Handle customer complaints or concerns with empathy and strive to find satisfactory resolutions

- Familiarity with CRM software a plus

- Customer service / sales experience preferred but not required

An ideal candidate for this position will have full-time availability and must be personble and people-oriented. If you are a self-starter and able to work efficiently and successfully with litte to no supervision, this could be for you.
