Jonathan Club is Hiring an Outlets Manager Near Santa Monica, CA
Description
· Comply with Jonathan Club Handbook policies
· Ensure the highest customer service and satisfaction for our members
· Recruit staff members for all food and beverage outlets
· Ability to make quick decisions
· Responsible for training staff
· Write weekly schedules for all staff
· Accurately complete bi-weekly payroll. Comply with Jonathan Club standards and state and city mandates—time edits, sick and vacation time, meal penalties
· Daily public speaking (up to 15 minutes) with pre-shift staff meeting
· Responsible for staff performance appraisals
· Responsible for ordering supplies needed for staff and outlets
· You are a team player. You work well with other departments
· You are an effective communicator
· Proficient in MS Office
· Accurately enter data and verbiage for a daily recap report
· Must be able to lift up to 25 lbs., stand for long periods of time, and walk short distances
· Must be able to bend, stoop, stretch, twist, crouch, kneel, grasp, reach
· Ability to adhere to all safety and security policies
