Job Summary and Qualifications

• 1. Assembles, installs, repairs, minor electrical and mechanical equipment.

• 2. Repairs furniture, beds, chairs, light fixtures.

• 3. Repairs and maintains plumbing fixtures.

• 4. Replaces faulty switches, cords, plugs, and receptacles.

5. Requests and stocks necessary repair parts.

• 6. Performs assigned area sweeps, works orders and special projects as required.

7. Painting as needed.

8. Performing sheet rock repairs.

9. Framing as needed.

10. Concrete repair as needed.

What qualifications you will need:

EXPERIENCE

Required - 1-2 years maintenance experience.

Preferred - Hospital or institutional experience.

PREFERRED EDUCATION:

Required - High school graduate.

Preferred - Trade school graduate.

Preferred -1-2 years on job training.
