Job Summary
This is a working supervisor position that includes a full client roster as well as management duties. The Customer Service Representative (CSR) will be the main contact for clients and the liaison between customers and printing facility for our niche market of short run magazine publishers. They will be familiar with the services provided and guide customers through from the time a job is set up through invoicing and more. The supervisor will additionally oversee CSRs to ensure adherence to quality standards, deadlines, proper procedures, and corrections.
